Custom Artwork Responsibility

You may not submit artwork that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or other legal rights.

Print Quality
For the best results, customers should provide high-quality, print-ready artwork.
Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, or improperly prepared files may affect the final print quality.
We are not responsible for quality issues caused by artwork supplied by the customer when the issue was present in the original submitted file.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because many products are custom made, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.
Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once production has started.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request an order change.
Returns & Refunds
