  • You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Orders

  • All orders are processed in the order they are received.
  • DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets: Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST will be printed and shipped the same day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom apparel and other made-to-order items may require additional processing time before shipment.
  • We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept various payment methods, and all transactions must be completed before your order is processed.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders and refund affected transactions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders via USPS and other selected carriers. Once an order leaves our facility, we are not liable for shipping delays caused by USPS or other carriers.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or incorrect.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package for assistance.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Mitten Made Custom Designs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Mitten Made Custom Designs is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

8. Changes to Terms of Service

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
