Shipping Policy

At Mitten Made Custom Designs, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. All orders are filled in the order they are received.

DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets:

  • Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST will be printed and shipped the same day (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

Apparel & Custom Orders:

  • Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the design and order volume. Please allow additional time for production before shipment.

Shipping & Delivery:

  • All orders are shipped via USPS or the selected shipping carrier at checkout.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays:

  • Mitten Made Custom Designs is not liable for any delays caused by USPS or any other shipping carriers. Once your package has left our facility, we cannot control transit times or potential delays due to weather, holidays, or other factors.
